Dear NCP & mare friends and partners!

When I am reviewing all goals we had in the year 2018, I want to inform you about everything we have done and also talk about goals for the following year.

I can already see that this was the most successful season since it all started. We managed to get record numbers in income and the number of boats in NCP Charter fleet reached its pick with over 70 yachts for charter in Croatia for a vast choice of yachts charters with crew , motor boats for rent, sailing yachts for charter and catamarans for charters. We also recorded one of the best years for our RYA sailing school, regattas and team biulding events for companies.

The most important part for the company and all employees were, althrouhn in a very small number, thoes litle complaints we got from our beloved costumers. We enjoyed very much also all the nice comments about the quality of NCP charter takes the company to the one of the best charters in Croatia regarding quality of our boats, kindness of our employees, speed of the whole experience and seriousnesswith all the comments on how to improve ourselves.

We had a lot of interest in Marex boats on boat fair in Portorož and Biograd since we are brokers for Slovenian and Croatian region.

Sadly we still didn’t reach our goals in sales of Marex yachts and Grand Soleil sailing boats in the last 2 years. We hope that the interest of all clients and reporters will show in sales because since we bought 2 Marex boats we know that anyone who buys it will be more than happy with it. Marex 310 suncruiser also won the prize of best boat of the year 2018.

We must not forget about Grand Soleil which is known for their build quality and sailing capabilities and is working with NCP Charter for more than 10 years.

Things to look forward to in 2019.
In the year 2019 we will show you what we are capable of since we have a few new boats coming in the charter and we are also making sure to prepare and repair older boats to perfection. Year 2019 will bring the following boat models MAREX 320 AFT CABIN CRUISER, BENETAU SWIFT TRAWLER 47, HANSE 508, HANSE 458.

Each years growth of the NCP Charter led us to lack of space in the Šibenik Marina: Mandalina and because of that we are trying very hard to get more space for all regular and new coming clients and give you a new experience every year with new boats in stock ready to take you on unforgettable vacation.

The following season will also bring some changes regarding preparation of documents and safety measurements. We have prepared pre-check-ins for all our clients who don’t want to waste time in our reception and wait for the documents to be prepared for their boat. This easy step will save every client a lot of time by simply filling out a form with all the basic information and the documents will be ready before you will come on your boat.

We also took the safety measurements a step further and included tracking packages of our boats so it will be easier to help if anything happens during your vacation.

We have also raised the free WIFI internet package from 1GB a week to 25 GB a week because we know how important it is to be connected and online all the time.
