Personal watercraft course

Driving a fast Jet ski or similar personal watercraft can be great fun and is safe if you know how to handle them.

Intended for For anyone who wants to skipper a jet ski or similar personal watercraft
Remark: This course is not suitable if you are pregnant or suffer from back problems. Candidate must have reasonable physical fitness.
Recommended pre-course experience None
Assumed knowledge Ability to swim at least 50m
Minimum age 12 years
Certificates for children aged between 12 and 16 will be endorsed to show that they must use PWs only under the supervision of a responsible adult
Course content Pre- departure safety check
Boat control
Travelling and launching
Safety equipment
Capsize drill
After care
Mob
Towing
Boat handling at high and low speed
Manoeuvring in confined spaces ( marina )
leaving and coming alongside with different wind directions
Basic navigation technics & orientation at sea
Basic collision regulation
Basic knots and rope works
passage planning and decision making
Certification RYA PWC certificate of proficiency.
The certificate is delivered based on a permanent assessment
Number of students Minimum 2 persons
Maximum 2 person per PWC
maximum 3 watercrafts
Private tuition is also possible on request
Minimum duration RYA PWC course: 1 day
Price 800 € per person

Jet ski Seadoo Spark 90 Hp with two seats ( maximum 2 student per ski)- maximum 3 jet ski per instructor
